The short version
- Grafto suggests prices from published research and your own settings. You check the job and you set the price.
- Your jobs and customers are yours. Download or delete them any time.
- Don't misuse it. Keep your own copy of anything important.
1. Who can use Grafto
Grafto is for tradespeople and businesses aged 18 or over, for business use. By creating an account you agree to these terms and our privacy notice.
2. Price
Grafto is free while in early access. If we ever charge for it, we'll tell you clearly first, and nothing is charged unless you choose a paid plan.
3. Prices are guides, not quotes or advice
Market bands, material lists, times, cure periods and regulation notes come from the public sources linked on our price guides. They're general guidance: real prices vary with the job, region, access and materials, and sources go out of date. Grafto is not a survey, a quote, or professional, legal, tax or safety advice. The AI photo check can miss things or get them wrong.
You're responsible for inspecting and measuring the job, the prices you give customers, your contracts, and doing the work safely and to the rules that apply, including Building Regulations, Part P, Gas Safe, CDM and working-at-height rules, and any certification your trade needs.
4. Your content
What you put into Grafto stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run Grafto for you. You're responsible for having the right to hold your customers' details and for what you send them.
5. Fair use
Don't use Grafto to break the law, send spam, upload anything you don't have the right to, try to get into other people's accounts, overload or probe the service, or copy the price guides wholesale. We can suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We work to keep Grafto running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own records (Settings → Your data → Download).
7. Our responsibility
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. Otherwise, because Grafto is a free business tool, we're not liable for lost profit, under- or over-priced jobs, lost business or data, or indirect loss, and our total liability to you is limited to £100 or what you paid us in the last 12 months, whichever is more.
8. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close accounts that break these terms. We'll give notice before closing Grafto, and time to download your data.
9. Changes and law
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with disputes, unless you're based in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you can use your local courts.
